Tjurbegravning
Att begrava en tjur
[redigera]To avoid influences from evil spirits it is important to conduct a ritual burial of abducted cattle, if one manages to recover them. The previously mentioned farmer agreed to let us perform this ritual with the remains of one of his his bulls.
It is very important to prepare the wooden cross that will mark the grave. Without this, the grave will attract aliens from the entire galaxy for centuries.
The participants gather around the remains. One mourner is selected to carry the remains. This can be a rather unpleasant task, if the remains are too heavy, but in this case all that was found was a bone.
In front of the party a flag is supposed to be carried. This particular flag symbolises the joining of the earth forcefields. Behind the flag a man dressed in the Holy Cloth of Ba-ghurk carries the cross. The remains of the bull comes next.
If it is possible, gather as many mourners as possible. Their dancing and crying will help the Good spirits gathering good energy to protect the grave.
After arriving to the burial grounds the party gathers around the Carrier of the Shovel who digs the grave. A speech is delivered, telling about the glorious days that once were, before the abduction of the bull. Note the precense of the God, standing in the lower right corner of the picture.
The cross is moved in circles above the grave to concentrace the good energy and draw the attention of the spirits.
The Master of the Ritual falls to his knees and display the remains to the mourners before he places them in the grave. Everyone chants a protective spell.
Finally, the grave is covered with dirt and the cross has been properly set in the ground. The aliens are unable to get close to the remains and the mourners walk slowly back to their home to drink beer and talk about how wonderful the poor bull was when he was alive.
